Booking terms & conditions

By booking a session with Soma + Skin, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you have any questions or need clarification, please don’t hesitate to get in touch—we’re here to help!

1. Booking & Session Duration

At Soma + Skin, we offer time-based bookings, not specific treatments. When booking, you will select the length of time that feels right for your session (e.g., 60, 75, or 90 minutes). Consultation time is not included in your treatment time—we begin each session with a tailored consultation to understand your needs and create a bespoke experience.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. If a session is canceled within 12 hours of the appointment, the full treatment cost will be charged.

 

We always strive to accommodate your schedule, so if you need to reschedule, just reach out and we’ll do our best to find an alternative time.

3. Late Arrivals

Please arrive a few minutes early to your appointment. If you are late, we will do our best to accommodate your full treatment time; however, sessions may be shortened depending on the time remaining. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in the session being rescheduled, and a late cancellation fee may apply.

4. Payment

All bookings require a deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due after your treatment is completed. Payments can be made via card, bank transfer, or cash at the studio.


Gift vouchers can be used as full or partial payment for treatments.

5. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available for specific treatments or custom amounts. All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift vouchers are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another person upon request.

6. Health & Wellbeing

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or concerns prior to your session. Certain treatments, like intraoral massage, may not be suitable for everyone. We aim to provide a safe and nurturing space for healing, and your comfort and safety are our priority.

7. Pregnancy, Special Conditions and Allergies

If you are pregnant or have any special conditions (e.g., recent surgery, chronic illness), please consult with your doctor before booking a treatment. Certain techniques or products may need to be adjusted to suit your needs. We are happy to discuss your options during the consultation. Please let us know if you have any allergies on booking and we will do our best to work around that to provide you with a safe treatment. 

8. No-show Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and do not notify us in advance, the full treatment cost will be charged.

9. Respecting Your Time & Ours

We believe in offering a fully present and restorative experience. If you need to reschedule or make changes to your appointment, please do so within our policy timeframe so we can accommodate others as well.
